Featuring fresh seasonal blooms grown right here at Island View Farm, guests create their own bouquets to take home for a hands-on experience that doubles as both entertainment and a meaningful keepsake.
Perfect for weddings, company events, bridal showers, birthdays, family celebrations, and community events, the Bouquet Bar is designed to encourage creativity, conversation, and connection.
Available throughout Greater Victoria every July through September, our team handles everything from delivery and setup to takedown and guest instruction. We’ll arrive with buckets of freshly harvested flowers, display materials, bouquet sleeves, and everything needed for a beautiful and seamless experience.
How it works:
Guests are invited to browse a beautiful selection of fresh farm-grown flowers and create their own bouquet. Our team will provide a brief introduction and guidance before guests begin selecting stems and arranging their creations.
We recommend approximately 10 stems per guest for a full bouquet experience, though this can be customized depending on your event and budget.
Bouquet Bar Package – Up to 50 Guests
Starting at $795
Includes:
- Delivery, setup, and takedown
- 500 farm-grown flower stems
- Bouquet sleeves and display materials
- Bouquet Bar hosting and guest guidance
- Recommended for up to 50 participants
Additional stems: $1.25 per stem
This package provides up to 10 stems per guest and is ideal for intimate weddings, personal celebrations, company gatherings, and more

Starting at $1,295
Includes:
- Delivery, setup, and takedown
- 1,000 farm-grown flower stems
- Bouquet sleeves and display materials
- Bouquet Bar hosting and guest guidance
- Recommended for up to 100 participants
This package is perfect for larger weddings, festivals, community celebrations, and company events looking to create a memorable guest experience.

Larger events? Anything beyond 100 guests, 1000 stems, or a multi-station setup, we take on as a custom project — tell us what you’re planning and we’ll build a quote around it. Final pricing depends on the season, stem counts and your venue.
